There is treasure to be desired and
oil in the dwelling of the wise. Proverbs 21:20
Unlike chemical products available from your drug store, oil blends work in synergy with each other so you can mix and match different oils without fear of having any serious health risk.
Each essential oil comes with its own therapeutic benefits and can add to the result that you experience. Since different oils may attack the same problem in a different way, using them together provides a synergistic effect that may increase the intensity and thereby the effectiveness.
When it comes to blending oils you have three options to choose from and they depend on your own comfort level.
In all 3 options I strongly recommend you use only Clinical Grade Oils.
If you choose option #3 my page on Blending Essential Oils should assist you.
If you choose Option #2, then this page is for you. (assuming you trust me of course) ;-D
The following blend should assist with seasonal allergies which interfere with your breathing.
Blend together equal amounts of each essential oils and then add the blend to a carrier oil (I recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil).
The mixture of essential oils to carrier oil should be about 50:50.
Massage the mixture onto your temples, behind your ears and onto the bottoms of your feet.
This application should open up your airways and make breathing easier for you.

Since this site is for essential oils I won't get into this herbal treatment here but if you want more information please contact me and I will gladly give you the details.
