Although Essential Oils can't cure Alzheimers, they can have a big impact on those suffering from this terrible disease, delay the onslaught or make living with the condition a lot more comfortable while at the same time, reduce symptoms and signs of memory loss.
The fact is, because of the way essential oils and aromatherapy impact the brain and brain chemicals, it has been proven that they can ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia and have been found to do so without side effects.

Essential oils are beneficial for Alzheimers because of the ways they impact your brain and the chemicals in it.
According to a recent study, aromatherapy using lemon and rosemary essential oils in the morning followed by orange and lavender essential oils in the evening, cognitive function was improved in patients; especially those suffering from Alzheimers disease.

Take one drop of Bergamot Essential Oil internally to alleviate insomnia, reduce anxiety and depression and improve symptoms of Alzheimers. You can consume it in a gelatin capsule or put it in your food or water.
It also acts as a mood elevating and calming agent.
Bergamot can be used with Epsom Salts in a hot bath, diffused at night, inhaled off a cotton ball or applied topically to your feet and the back of your neck. (If used topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours)
